Despite everyone’s view to the contrary I still find Liu wen to lack any definingpresence. Whatever criticism I may have of Karlie, presence is something she does not lack.
Arizona also has an instantly identifiable personality, I just wish that she never walks on the catwalk again, and I also wish that she uses hair does which are not flat on top, which seems to be her preference. Why a beautiful woman would wish to look like a caricature of a sheep simply eludes me.
As to Joan Smalls, I believe she and Karlie are good friends and I understand Joan is regarded as hot property - I just don’t know why!
While I’m being rude about people may I suggest to Karlie that she becomes less of a businessand relaxes a bit. She does come across as a construct of her own mind - and that is why she hasn’t yet conquered the lens - she just tries too hard. That works wonders on the catwalk but a camera is pretty unforgiving and amplifies what is going on in the head.

Despite being a member of a small coterie of popular models Joan’s work is unconvincing, there is something hollow about her portrayals.
